Every Friday at noon Eastern, we carefully tiptoe along the crumbling edge of the weekend with Pranzo con Rocco. It's not just another hour of classic rock; it's a midday plunge into delerium—a funhouse-mirror warping of whatever "truth" the internet once held.
By the time Rocco's show sputters to a close, listeners will have experienced one or more troubling conditions: dysentery, a suspicious chin growth, low-grade sepsis, and a wicked case of the mange.
Around here, it's become ritual—a dark little omen that the weekend's seamy underbelly is beginning to stir right beneath our feet.

The Arrival
Tune in by 11:58 AM Eastern. No exceptions. The doors close at noon sharp and the room goes dim. Anyone who wanders in late can expect to be publicly shamed by Dolly, the station's über-cruel martinet. No appeals. No mercy. We are not joking.
The Sandwich Rule
You may eat. You may drink. You may heckle. But the meal must be handheld. Two hands, one sandwich. Soup is a perma-ban. Napkins are for the weak.
Cucina Guidelines
The kitchen is off limits to unauthorized personnel. The lounge is open to anyone foolish enough to believe that one even exists. No cooking live, no recipe segments, no plated demos. Non-negotiable Items on the menu include domestic and imported tunes, homegrown attitude, and boxed Chardonnay. Antacid and emesis bags available for a fee.
